Clearinghouse

The FMCSA Clearinghouse is a secure online database managed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) that allows employers, drivers, and authorized users to access information regarding drug and alcohol violations for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. It was established to improve safety by making it easier for employers to track the drug and alcohol history of their drivers, especially before hiring them or when renewing their employment.
